Terms of service

These terms apply to consumer purchases on norix.no. Together with the order confirmation they form the contract. Registered workshops have separate terms in the B2B portal.

Prices
Prices are in NOK and include 25% VAT.
Shipping is 199 NOK, or free on orders of 3 000 NOK or more.

Order
The contract is formed when the order is registered and confirmed by email. Check the confirmation. Contact us at once if something is wrong.

Payment
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Vipps and Klarna, as offered at checkout. All card payments run through an encrypted checkout.

Delivery
Consumer orders ship from Denmark to addresses in Norway in 2–5 business days. Store pickup is not offered on consumer orders. See the shipping policy.

Cancellation and returns
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under angrerettloven. Details are in the returns policy.

Products
We sell Tesla components from L&M Autoparts and similar suppliers. Fitment is described on the product page. You are responsible for choosing the correct part for the vehicle.

Liability
Mandatory consumer law applies. Beyond that, Norix AS is not liable for workshop labour, rental cars, lost profit or other indirect loss caused by a defective or delayed part.

Law
Norwegian law. Disputes that are not resolved with us or the consumer authorities may be brought before the ordinary courts; our venue is Sarpsborg tingrett.
