Privacy policy

Norix AS (org.nr 937 082 983), Statsminister Torps vei 1A, 1738 Borgenhaugen, is controller for personal data on norix.no. We process data under the Personal Data Act and the GDPR.

What we collect
When you order or create an account: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone, order history. For registered workshops also company name and organisation number.
Automatically: technical data and cookies for the shop, security, statistics and (only with consent) advertising.

Why
To fulfil the purchase contract (order, payment, shipping, warranty, customer service), to keep accounts as required by the Bookkeeping Act, and — with consent — to measure and advertise with tools such as Google Ads. B2B portal login may use a one-time code sent to your email or phone.

Who we share with
We do not sell personal data. We use processors who only get what they need: Shopify (store), payment providers (Shopify Payments, Vipps, Klarna and similar), and carriers (FedEx or another carrier used for your order). Cookie and consent tools (e.g. Pandectes) run on the site when enabled.

Cookies
Necessary cookies run to operate checkout and the account. Statistics and marketing cookies run only after you accept in the cookie banner. You can change this later in the banner or browser settings.

Retention
Order and accounting data are kept as long as the Bookkeeping Act requires. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose above.

Your rights
You may request access, correction or erasure, and you may withdraw marketing consent. Contact contact@norix.no. You may complain to Datatilsynet.
