Refund policy

This policy applies to consumer orders on norix.no.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven) you may cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Send written notice to contact@norix.no before the deadline. Include the order number and which parts you return.

Condition
Return the part unused, clean, and in the original packaging, in the same condition as delivered. If it has been fitted, or packaging is damaged so the part has lost value, we may deduct that loss from the refund.

Return shipping
You pay return freight when you use the right of withdrawal. We do not collect cash-on-delivery parcels.

Refund
After we receive and check the return we refund the purchase price to the original payment method, normally within 14 days. Outbound shipping is refunded only if the item was defective or we sent the wrong part.

Defects and wrong items
If the part is faulty or we sent the wrong item, contact contact@norix.no as soon as you notice. Statutory complaint rules (forbrukerkjøpsloven) apply in addition to the 14-day withdrawal right. In those cases we cover reasonable return shipping.
