Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed by registered workshops on the Norix B2B portal. Together with the order confirmation they form the contract.

Prices
Prices are in NOK and exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout.  
Shipping is 199 NOK on orders under 3 000 NOK (ex. VAT). Orders of 3 000 NOK or more ship free.

Order
The contract is formed when the order is registered and confirmed by email. Check the confirmation and contact us immediately if anything is wrong.

Payment
You can pay by card, Vipps, Klarna or invoice.  
All approved workshops can pay by invoice. The payment deadline is 7 days from the invoice date.  
We reserve the right to require prepayment on new accounts or if invoices are overdue.

Delivery
Parts available in Sarpsborg can be picked up from 08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday.  
We do not ship from Sarpsborg at the moment.  
Parts that are only available from our supplier in Denmark are delivered within 2–5 working days.

Products and fitment
We sell Tesla components, primarily from L&M Autoparts.  
Original Tesla part numbers are listed in the product description. You are responsible for selecting the correct part for the vehicle. Contact us if you are unsure and we will help confirm fitment before you order.

Returns
Contact us first to get the return approved. Details are in the Returns policy.

Liability
Norix AS is not liable for workshop labour, rental cars, lost profit or other indirect loss caused by a defective or delayed part, except where mandatory law says otherwise.  
Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery, provided the part has been installed correctly. Wear items are not covered for normal wear. Incorrect installation voids the claim.
