Returns

Return approval
Contact us at contact@norix.no before you return anything. Include the order number and which parts you want to return. We must approve the return first.

Return window
Unused parts in original packaging can normally be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the return is approved.

Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned:  
- Electrical and electronic parts (including sensors, control modules, cameras, A/C compressors, heat pumps, valve blocks and similar).  
- Parts that have been installed or where the packaging has been opened.  
- Special-order or non-stock items.

Conditions
The part must be clean, unused and in the original packaging.  
If the packaging is damaged so that the part has lost value, we may refuse the return or deduct the loss.

Return shipping
You cover the return shipping unless the part is defective or we sent the wrong item.  
We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

Refund
After we receive and check the return we refund the purchase price to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.  
Outbound shipping is refunded only if the item was defective or we sent the wrong part.

Defects and warranty
Parts are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery, provided they have been installed correctly.  
Wear items are not covered for normal wear.  
Contact us with the order number, VIN, mileage and photos or a short video if a part fails.  
We cover reasonable return shipping on confirmed defects.
